It’s that time of year again! For the third year now, La Pampa Grill’s tradition of cooking wood-fired turkeys for Thanksgiving dinner returns. Each interested family purchases their own local turkey (Bowman Landes’ turkeys are available to order at Tom’s Market in downtown Yellow Springs) and brings it the day before to be cooked over the wood-fired grill on Thanksgiving Day. Families return to take their turkey straight home to their Thanksgiving table!
SPACE IS LIMITED. We are only able to cook five turkeys this year, and two have already been ordered! To place an order and arrange details, email La Pampa at: email@example.com
This Saturday, October 11th, during the Yellow Springs Street Fair, La Pampa Grill will be at the Yellow Springs Brewery. Come out for a seasonal craft beer and our seasonal menu from 1pm until late!
The menu will include our Argentine Sub (‘chori-pan’) with grilled local pork sausage on a baguette with chimichurri sauce; chicken; and stuffed acorn squash. As always, La Pampa will be grilling “from farm to street” over an Argentine custom-built wood-fired grill.
For Directions and a list of what’s on tap, check out the Yellow Springs Brewery at: http://yellowspringsbrewery.com/
Look forward to seeing you soon!

La Pampa Grill will return to our favorite small town festival of the year—The Clifton Gorge Music & Arts Festival. We’ll be grilling Friday, August 29th, from 4pm – 11pm. The festival continues on Saturday from 10am-10pm with Bella Sorella wood-fired pizzas replacing La Pampa Grill (we will be off-site cooking for a wedding). Check out this year’s great music line-up on the Festival’s website, here. And free activities for kids!
La Pampa will be serving our Argentine Sub sandwich: local pork sausage hardwood grilled with grilled onions on organic baguette bread with chimichurri sauce. We also hope to add local sweet corn to the Festival menu! See you there!
La Pampa Grill is returning to the Yellow Springs Street Fair on Saturday, June 14, 2014. The grill will be hot by 11am and ready to serve “chori-pan,” the classic Argentine chorizo sub sandwich served on freshly baked baguette bread with Mariano’s chimichurri sauce. YS Street Fair is from 9am – 5pm; for directions & parking info, click here.
Here’s our location for this coming Saturday, with our wood-fired Argentine grill next to Bella Sorella’s wood-fired brick pizza oven. We call it, “the fire corner”!
